Bone Broth-Marinated Steak
This bone broth-marinated steak is rich in flavor and incredibly juicy. The bone broth tenderizes the meat while infusing it with deep, savory goodness.
Ingredients:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)
½ cup beef bone broth
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Directions:
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together beef bone broth, olive oil, soy sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
Marinate the Steak
Place steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coverage. Marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Cook the Steak:
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or longer to desired doneness.
Pan-Sear: Heat a skillet over high heat. Add butter and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with butter for extra flavor.
Rest & Serve
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables or a side of mashed potatoes.
